Fall is one of my favourite seasons. It’s a season that’s celebrated on a macro level: that is, its effect on the landscape. That’s how I experienced and enjoyed fall as well, until I looked closer: I noticed that each leaf goes through its own unique wilting process. This stage in the cycle of life creates unique colours, patterns and textures that are largely ignored.
